Q: Can you do other designs than what you have on your website/instagram?

A: Yes! If you see a design that someone else has done, or a new idea that you came up with, I can do something similar to that! 

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes! You can do contactless porch pick up in Los Osos, or I can ship some signs under 12 inches to the US only. Shipping is usually around $15 extra, but can vary with size of object and where it is being shipped! Somethings are too fragile or big to ship, and in that case, contactless pick up is available.

Q:  Can I send things in to be engraved? 

A: Yes! You can send things in to me to make an ordinary object customized! They must be flat!

Q: How long does it take to get my product? 

A: My full time job is school, so that always comes first. If you order on the weekend, I can get it done in 2 days, depending on the project and how many orders I have!  Every product is custom it does vary on time and supply of materials. 

Q: Do you design fonts?

A: No, I do not. I get my fonts from Canva or Silhouette, so if fonts are "too bold" I can not change that. 

Q: Do you do contactless pick up in Los Osos, California?

A: Yes, I do! 

Q: Do you do drop offs at houses? 

A: I do not drop off items at your house, you can do contactless pick up or I can ship.
