"I just made my first purchase from Zoƫ Lynn of Laser Craft Los Osos. I imagine it is a fledgling business, as the website instructed me to make the order by e-mail or text message. Zoƫ responded quickly to my order, asked a series of pertinent questions to ensure that my custom order came out just the way I wanted it, and even kept in touch to show me progress. My son was the actual customer, though I did the ordering. Given the current pandemic climate, we were given instructions to pick up our product by Zoƫ's front door, and to leave the payment there. My son's first reaction upon picking up our product was a whispered 'wow!', which he followed up with 'that is so cool!'
